1. Where do I meet my driver for pick up at Changi Airport or Senai International Airport (Johor Bahru Airport)?

The driver will meet you at Arrival Hall with your company/name on a greeting sign. Upon meet the driver, he will take you to our private taxi. He also have your contact details.

2. What happens if my plane is late or early arriving?

No matter you arrive late or early, Johor Premium Transport updates all flight arrival times. Therefore, we encourage you to provide us your correct flight number to track your arrival time.

3. How far In advance should I place my booking?

You can place the booking 48-hr in advance.  If you need private car sooner, please contact or WhatsApp us, we try our best to arrange private car transport for you.

4. What form of payment does Johor Premium Transport Service accept?

Johor Premium Transport Service accepts cash. Payment can be made in Singapore Dollar(SGD) only.

5. How to book a private car transfer from Changi Airport to Melaka/Malacca?

On the Book Now tab, kindly fill all the necessary info and submit to us. Our representative will keep in touch with you for booking confirmation.

On the day of your travel, our driver will waiting you at Arrival Hall with a sign that includes your name. After getting into our private car, all you have to do is relax. You no need to leave the vehicle for Singapore and Johor customs inspection. You just need to hand over your passport to our driver, he will manage the rest for you. The journey should take about 3 hours to 4 hours depend on the traffic condition on the day of travel.

6. What types of vehicles can I reserve?

7. Do passenger need to leave the vehicles at Singapore Checkpoint and Johor Custom?

No. Passenger are not required to leave the vehicles.

8. Why can’t I submit my online booking form request?

Please make sure you filled in all the required fields. You must filled in the required fields with marked with asterisks (*). If you have filled in all the required fields and are still unable to submit the form, please inform us through WhatsApp or directly contact us to assist you with your booking.

9. Which airports do you provide private car transfer service?

Changi Airport and Johor Bahru Senai International Airport.

10. Does Johor Premium Transport Service offer wedding services? How much the charge?

Yes. We do. On the Book Now tab, kindly filled in all necessary info, filled in your request details in “Special Inquiry” column and submit to us. We will reply your request and give you the quotation within 24 hours.

11. All the rates listed are per person or per vehicle?

All the rates listed here are per vehicle. (Peak Season Charge apply for selected Holidays)

12. How long in advance if I wish to make some changes for my travel trip?

Please be informed that, any changes should be made 24 hours in advance before travelling date.

13. What should I do if my preferred location is not listed in your transfer service?

Kindly fill out the online booking form and submit to us. We will get back to your request or quotation via email within 24 hours.

14. When can I receive the driver details?

The driver details includes name, vehicle plate number and contact number will be sent to you 12 hours before the pick up date via WhatsApp, SMS or email.

15. What are the type of service does Johor Premium Transport offer.
